There are quite a few types of dental fillings from which to choose, but the favorite choice is tooth-colored fillings. The Process

The first step is for the dentist to use a drill or laser and remove any tooth decay. Next, the tooth is cleaned thoroughly in order to remove any dirt or bacteria and to ensure that there will not be future decay. Then the dentist will apply a bonding agent. Next, the filling is placed in the tooth and then hardened with a light.
